Chefhouse Hub provides a welcoming, professional setting for every guest. Treat staff, dealers, and fellow players with respect. Abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour is not permitted.

• Guests must be 21 or older and may be asked for valid photo identification.
• Smart-casual dress and reasonable standards of personal conduct are required.
• Do not photograph, record, or share another guest's information without their consent.

Please follow dealer instructions and keep the game moving. Decisions made by the floor manager on table procedure are final for that session.

• Protect your cards and chips, and make betting actions clear.
• Collusion, cheating, use of devices for an unfair advantage, and sharing live hands are prohibited.
• Only players in a hand may discuss it; please avoid exposing cards before the hand is complete.

We may refuse entry or remove a guest where necessary to protect the safety, integrity, and comfort of the venue. For questions about a booking or these rules, please contact our team.
